The winery

The winery has an annual capacity for processing about 300 tons of grapes. The cellars for wine storage are built deep underground, which in turn creates unique conditions for maintaining a constant temperature and humidity, where the highest quality wines are aged.
The vinification process is organized so that the wine flow moves through the two levels of the wine cellar by the force of gravity. This method is also extremely gentle on grapes and wine - it does not stress it and preserves its natural structure.


The winery is equipped with high-tech equipment from leading Bulgarian and foreign companies. We have stainless steel fermenters and tanks with a capacity of 10 tons to 1 ton. The press for marc is membrane, and our bottling line is automatic, with a capacity of 600 bottles per hour.
The winery has its own laboratory for analysis of grapes and wine.
