The winery

When choosing the grape varieties, we decided to go for something Bulgarian Rubin selected in Bulgaria as the heir of French Sirah and Italian Nebbiolo, something traditional and classical, such as the Sauvignon Blanc, and finally, something extravagant such as the Semion.

The annual production capacity of Los dos alamos Winery is around 400 000 bottles.
Wine is bottled in a compact Italian monoblock bottling line, in inert nitrogen environment,
and finally stored for ageing in bottles in order to develop
and shape its individual bouquet of aromas.

The cellar rooms for storage and ageing are built deep underground, which ensures unique conditions and maintenance of constant temperature all the year round.
